Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bamati Taxi Service, we understand plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Cancellation by Customer

• You can cancel your booking anytime before the scheduled ride.

• Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the ride time the cancellation is made:

  • More than 24 hours before: No charges

  • 12–24 hours before: 25% of fare may apply

  • Less than 12 hours: 50% of fare may apply

2. Cancellation by Bamati Taxi Service

• In rare cases, we may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

• A full refund will be provided if we cancel your ride.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Any bank or transaction charges are non-refundable.
